The Queen of the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and Head of the Commonwealth, Queen Elizabeth II, has announced of her upcoming state visit to South Africa.
Buckingham Palace stated in a press release that the Queen would be visiting South Africa at the capacity of Queen of United Kingdom.
The Queen last visited South Africa in 1999 when Nelson Mandela was still president of the nation.
Though she spent just five days, she visited Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Port Elizabeth.
The Queen would be touring South Africa and discuss economic and developmental issues in her 5-day state visit.
